Zwahili Game Lodge & Spa

This was our first visit to Zwahili. We where allocated the Cheetah room, with wifi access. Zwahili is lead by Charity the manager, who is passionate and visible with her team, leading from the front. Charity ensures guest comfort. Staff: Anna the ranger met us on arrival and then France, who took our bags, depositing it in our room. Charity was on hand to check us in, then onto lunch where Khumo, the Chef spoilt us with sumptuous and delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, until we departed. Piet and Letha joined kn Saturday in the dinning room. Everyone was pleasant and genuine. Room: Cheetah was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The shower is a treat, remember to open the hot water fully to get the gas heater working then adjust the flow. Tiled floors is the best for me. Bath and shower. On day 1 wife had a delicious bath with petals and candles to forget the week! Lovely viewing deck. Game viewing: no predators although rumours persist of a leopard on the loose. Many antelope + zebras. Lion enclosure with Nala and Kanu. Anna is very friendly, competent and knowledgeable on the drives. Saw an awesome San painting on the property. Plenty of birds Food: SENSATIONAL. A talented, passionate chef Khumo, who loves his work and meets his guests and prepares and presents meals to perfection. Fine dining in the bush just 2.5 hours from Jhb. We had We will be back..... Punkaj Tulsi
