This place was very clean, very neat modern finishes, a whole bunch of extras. A coffee machine provided with pods, tea, coffee and all the necessary items. It was very comfortable and cosy. I will certainly consider returning should the opportunity arise.  

Everything was perfect.
The Host went out of her way to make sure we got everything we required.
I would come back again. The view at night was to die for. The rooms are big and very neat.
Its a nice walking distance to the beach, especially if you're a group 

I had an amazing stay at Heron Chase Guesthouse.  The room was stunning and the owners were incredible.  Wish I was able to stay longer.  I highly recommend this accommodation. It's perfect for short and long stays.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Owl Barn. The property is serene and quiet with glorious views at sunset! Very comfortable, spacious  and perfectly clean. We were warmly welcomed with our 2 fur children by Kim. She made us feel at home. 

Everything was just great. Hosts attitude, house itself and the atmosphere inside, bed, kitchen facilities, a very large terrace with a view. It`s so easy with the car and a bit more fitness if on foot (like us), but all these shortcut steps up&down just keep you in shape. It`s definitely worth staying here, we enjoyed very much; to say fairly, this place has exceeded all our expectations.

We loved the clean and friendly service. I will recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Noordhoek!!!!! The Studio was all we wished for. Enough coffee and tea, milk and sugar!! Everything was EXCELLENT!!

With 8 beds this was just a very nice house to stay in for our whole family.
Nice kitchen, spacious dining and living room.
And because we stayed in winter time, the fire place was very welcome.
The house is near a big shopping mall.

We stayed at the Guest House already the second time, and again enjoyed it very much. The location is wonderful, quiet and peaceful. The owner is very helpful - welcomes us even late in the night, and their two dogs became welcomed visitors for our little son. The accommodation is simple but very convenient with everything provided you need.

Heron Chase is a lovely property in a beautiful location. We have actually stayed here twice and most recently in the owl barn with our family of four.  Paul and Tanya are amazing hosts and will take care of any concerns immediately.  The owl barn was perfect for our family with teen boys. It was well located so that we could explore Cape Point, Chapmans Peak, Table Mountain, Constantia wineries and the local Village at Noordhoek has amazing restaurants and lovely shops.  We also took a Yoga class from Kimberly at Heron Chase and she is fantastic!  We can't recommend this guest house enough.  

My wife and myself recently attended a 40th birthday in Noordhoek and needed a overnight stay on Saturday night as we reside in Somerset West. We had our staffie, Lulu with us and found the brief stay a very good one. Friendly hosts, an ideal setting with sea and mountain views (as well as a horse in a paddock who Lulu had a serious crush on). Spacious accommodation with all the nice touches we are used to back home including a Victorian bath (which we water saving Capetonians did not make use of). Give this place a try...it will not disappoint!

Great Stay in Noordhoek

2 weekends ago we spent a weekend at Heron  Chase . We .. two couples plus  two kids stayed in the Owl Barn . Even before we arrived at the accommodation there was constant communication which we appreciated as it gave us a sense that the hosts  were looking forward to having us . When we arrived we were welcomed by the most  adorable Kim and two friendly yet passive and well behaved dogs ,,, .. Accomodation was clean , pretty and well equipped . The surroundings are beautiful and serene … we had a barbecue the evening enjoying the beautiful view and sunset . The accommodation is close to the mall and the lovely village market . The kids roamed freely and safely around the property.. even joining Kims morning yoga class ! lol .. All in all a truly lovely relaxing and enjoyable weekend .that I can highly recommend …  thank you Heron Chase xx
