Loved Anew and loved Cape Town. Great location near the waterfront. Staff are the nicest people. I was sad to leave.

We had a pleasant time.  Staff was very nice specially at the restaurant.  Security staff and maintenance were very cooperative. Close to waterfront.  Nice views from rooftop.

There was a bit of confusion with my accommodation at first because I booked 2 rooms. However, the staff fixed and were very pleasant with us the entire time. The room is compact. However, it has the essentials you need. We especially loved the pool and the view on the rooftop

The Hotel was built in the midst of the Pandemic!  It is new, ANEW!My studio was spacious and modern with views of the stadium and a slight sea view.  The roof pool deck is amazing with 360 degree views of the mountain, the sea, the stadium etc etc

Staff is super nice, helpful and friendly, hotel and surroundings are clean

An unfortunate incident happened  prior to my arrival. Somebody fraudulent obtained information about my booking details and attempted to extract payment. Since my visa card was compromisedI was advised to block it. This was the day before my departure so I could not receive replacement.The Hotel did not make an exception for me to make payment in cash. I eventually got a good samaritan to accept my cash and pay by credit card. As a result of their refusal to accept cash I had to go out to dine all the times. I could not use any facility that required payment.Except for the above everthing was nice.

Wonderful

We stayed 2 nights pre cruise and 2 nights post cruise.  Lovely place, not very convenient for those that can't or don't want to walk to the restaurants, shopping etc.  Most are about a 20-minute walk away.  V&A and cruise port is about a 30-minute walk.  We did not like that there was no vanity to put cosmetics, etc.. No Microwave or Fridge. No washcloth.  I always carry one with me at all times.

Nice place...

The room was small but very nice and welll equipped. Roof deck views are amazing with small pool and sveral trypes of seating up there (including shaded area). Nice equipped gym I used most days.  Staff friendliness and location are reasons I choose this for two long stays in city. Gen Manager Rodney is excellent.

Good value modern accommodation in a good location for me - not in the middle of town and opposite a park. Greenpark restaurants five minutes walk away (towards city centre) and my favourite Butchers Shop steakhouse on the other side of the park. I use local bus services (to Camps Bay and Hout Bay) to save me hiring a car and a stop was outside the front door. Otherwise I use Uber which is excellent. About a 20-25 minutes walk to the Waterfront which is fine if it’s not too hot. The in-house restaurant is fine if you want a plate of something nice at the end of the day. My bedroom was on the Main Road side which would not be suitable for light sleepers. On two mornings I got down to breakfast after 9.00am when the buffet had some items missing and was not warm and fresh.

The location convenient to the V& A waterfront and the Sea Point Boardwalk. Some restaurants in the area around Main St. One night the fire alarm went off then afterwards a light on the fire alarm kept flashing, called the desk but no response until morning when they said it would get resolved. Price was good and room clean and efficiently laid out, think European in size and details.

We stayed at ANEW Green point for 2 nights because we were attending a wedding in the area and playing golf at the Metropolitan GC. It was a perfect location for us within close proximity to the venue, hair salon, Jason Bakery and Golf course. The rooms, though small, are ergonomically designed and cover all the basic needs; Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, comfortable bed with good quality linens, hair drier, clothes steamer and toiletries. We enjoyed the views from the roof terrace and all the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Underground secure parking at an additional fee of R50/day was worth it for the convenience and safety.

I would like to give a shout out for all the great staff. Happy, the breakfast waitress had a beautiful happy face and very attentive to me, Mo, the evening waiter always smiled, remembered my name and what I wanted to drink. I cannot name everyone but thank you   you all made my stay memorable. Thanks Again

Rooms are average, beds comfortable & breakfast was good. No views in the room (don’t expect any even if it says sea view)

Great hotel, good breakfast

Very modern and friendly hotel. Great staff. Great location.Airport transfer is listed as an amenity, but rather use Uber or Bolt as the transfer shuttle IS NOT INCLUDED, despite looking like it is.
