We stayed for 4 nights in April, travelling as a couple. From start to finish we were so pleased our travel agent “Audley” chose this wonderful place to stay. The transfer from Cape Town airport is around 30 minutes and despite arriving at 12pm Lunchtime we had a very warm welcome. Our luggage was carried and we were offered a complimentary welcome drink with some lovely nibbles and cake. The sea view room was fab & very spacious with a nice balcony and sun loungers. All members of staff without exception were available, helpful and friendly. Of particular note the “Flumps” / Marshmellows were also a nice touch. It’s a 5 minute walk to Camps Bay Beach with endless restaurants and bars to choose from. One night we didn’t fancy going out so had a Pizza delivered. The Hop on / Hop Off bus is also around 5 mins walk from the hotel and so this is a very central place to stay. Our hire car was delivered to the hotel and we were given a buzzer for the basement car park. The hotel is super clean, nice breakfast buffet and hot options to order. Toiletries were also very nice and the mini bar was complementary. Can’t think of anything negative on any level.
