My wife and I stayed over at 1 Victoria Villa for 2 nights on a Daddy's Deals voucher. The whole booking routine went flawless, thanx to Mai. We were allowed to book in earlier without any inconvenience and was received y one of the gardeners and taken to our room. According to Mai, Lucy was suppose to check us in,but that didn't materialize. The room was very spacious and we enjoyed our stay very much as we were the only people in the Villa. The next day we got to meet Mai who is seems to be on top of things and then only we were explained the services they render and what there is to see on the premises, etc. We noticed that there is an on location spa, but didn't get any information on it. Unfortunately the DSTV didn't work in the room either. The access to the Villa was quite easy even after hours as you can let yourself in. The Villa however is in need of a bit of maintenance e.g. wet walls, paint peeling of, etc. I would have added an aircon to the room though, but atleast there was a fan. Overall it was a great stay with very nice views of Llandudno and the sea.
