Can’t say enough about this hotel. Two week stay. Perfect. Beginning to end, top to bottom. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Great food. Ambience. Beautiful surroundings. But it was the quality of service and the professionalism of the employees here that REALLY stood out. Thank you so much for the hospitality! Starting from the top: the GM Dragan, who looked after us from check-in to checkout. The reception crew: Denis, Primoz, Zan, Bojan, Tadej and Emilija. Always pleasant and helpful. The epitome of “CAN DO”. What a great group! Also: Tania in the bar and Iris in the Robin restaurant. Super nice, always smiling and polite. Rok, Luca and Tomaz in the breakfast restaurant were amazing. Attentive and super helpful and pleasant. Total professionals. The chef(s) were awesome, too. Great food, piping hot, delicious. We looked forward to breakfast every day. So good! I am sure I left Ö put a few names but suffice it to say: every single employee was super nice to us. Made us feel right at home. Like family. We have stayed at Marriotts all over the world. Four Points Sheraton Ljubljana Mons is at the top of our favorite stays. We cannot wait to return. ALOHA Dragan & Crew!
