Aplend Hotel Lujza Major

Stayed here for 2 nights at the end of June. We had a half board option. The rooms are clean and bright and the view from the rear of the hotel looking at the Tatra mountains was fantastic. The food presented for our evening meal was first class. Flavoursome soup to start followed by 2 different choices of meat dishes. More meat was available as well as potatoes. Light and airy desert to finish the meal. My wife is a food critic and she was blown away by the quality of the food. Breakfast was a buffet and the hotel had a fantastic choice of cold meats, cheeses, pancakes, bread rolls, cereals. All in all the Manageress of this hotel took pains to make our stay fantastic.
