I want to start by saying that the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — the property, the location, and especially the housekeeping staff, maintenance team, and waiters were truly wonderful. They were kind, attentive, and made many parts of our stay enjoyable. My feedback is meant to highlight areas for improvement, not to discourage anyone from choosing this hotel.However, there were several experiences that left me feeling frustrated, particularly because I was traveling with kids after a 36-hour trip and really hoped for a smoother arrival. Almost every hotel has a check-in time of 2–3 PM, and I completely understand that. I arrived around noon, and after answering several questions during the check-in process, it was already past 1 PM. I was told the room would be ready “shortly,” but we ended up having to wait until after 2 PM. What made it frustrating is that many hotels allow guests to enter the room a few minutes early if it’s already available — especially when they can clearly see the family is exhausted after long travel. Even a small gesture like that would have made a big difference.Throughout the stay, I felt like certain front-desk or bar staff were looking for a reaction instead of trying to be helpful. For example, I was at the pool enjoying a peaceful moment with my kids, but when the sun became too strong, I tried to move them to the shade quickly.
