Garden40 

I went to Garden40 with two of my friends and we stayed in the appartment in Garden40 on the first floor.We loved the accommodation, it was spacious and super clean. We had a massiv double bed and a sofa bed a cute little balcony, kitchenette and spacious bathroom. There is air con in the appartment.It is 5 minutes walk from the end stop of the Number 72 bus stop (airport service ). There is a small supermarket just down the road and a number of restaurants in short walking distance.The owners and reception were so friendly and helpful. One night they had a birthday party for friends in the garden and the owner brought us a bottle of wine because she felt we must feel `left out` sitting on the balcony watching the party and chatting. It was such a cute gesture.There is continental breakfast and you can sit in the garden to eat it if the weather is nice. You can get coffee and water from reception whenever you want.We felt welcome and looked after and all agreed we would stay there again on our next visit to Belgrade. Another tip/bit of information. The local buses in town are free so you can just jump on and off. They connect every corner of Belgrade so its very easy to get around.
