I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Yanbu, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish!Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff made me feel right at home. A special mention goes to Mashael, who assisted me during checkout. She was incredibly helpful and made the process seamless, ensuring I left with a positive impression.The restaurant staff also deserves recognition. The restaurant manager went above and beyond to ensure each meal was perfectly prepared and served with a smile. I must applaud the cooks for their delicious offerings; every dish was a delight.I also want to highlight the new female host, Bashaeer, who was attentive and made sure all guests felt welcomed and comfortable. Her enthusiasm and professionalism truly enhanced the dining experience.Additionally, I had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager in person. His outstanding leadership was evident, and I appreciated that he took the time to check in on me and my stay.
