For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note that according to government Rules all guest need to present the tawakkalna App showing that the guest got (COVID-19) vaccine and showing that the health condition is Immune, in case the guest failed to present the App with the information mentioned above, they will not be able to stay at the property .
