Do Not book this hotel, I booked my room 3 months ahead, just few days before my travel they cancelled by booking, I tried to call them they have not replied, I have to book another hotel with more than twice the price due to time limit, I complained and their excuse was my Visa is not working which is the same Visa I used to reserve all my plane, other hotels and even Haramain tarin, and they reject to compensate me

-Non Cooperative Staff
-Average Maintenance
-Elevators are busy most of time. One time I had to walk 8 floors due to the hotels poor non-spacious elevators.

I have been to this hotel about 2-3 times and experience is same not good.

I am not recommending this hotel to anyone.

Near to Masjid-e-Nabwi

Good one for money, very near to Haram
Room cleanliness fair, super markets & other giveaways shops located near to the hotel, for any other attraction should take taxi, the hotel have small parking so they don't guarantee parking 

Haram visit 

Hotel service, room, reception and house keeping are rubbish.
Please save your money and do not book with them.
Restaurant is not suitable for a family and no organisation.
Receptionist is not responding to calls from the rooms, no laundry service and week wifi connection in the room.

Rubbish 

1. The hotel treats only the Indonesians as their guests. 2. No restaurant with menu. 3. No house keeping, even if you ask it's not the case they will show up. 4. Nobody will ever pick up your phone calls 5. For food you will have to walk a mile 6. Any room is converted to any capacity by filling up the gaps with a new single bed

Nothing is good

Hotel check in takes a lot of time, receptionists are slow.Lift is almost always busy. Rooms are not that cleaned. Good location near to ladies side of mosque so location is good for families.Near to Moven Pick.
I just like the hotel because it is near to Masjid-e-Nabwi ( Gate Number 15 ) .

Most horrible hotel I've ever been in years. I'm writing this review from this hotel's room, right now they crossed the limit and made me extremely upset. More on that later.
Few things about the hotel:
- Location is great, that's it.
- Hotel lifts almost don't work, I've mostly took stairs with my aged mother and toddler.
- Staffs don't speak English.
- Receptionists are not only rude and unprofessional they're "violent".
- Room is terribly small.
- Bathroom is like an airplane bathroom.
- They market it 4 Star hotel, there is not even a 1 Star facility. No tea, coffee, kettle, no safe box, not a single drawer, insufficient hot water in tap, noisy room as if you're in a house and what not.
- When I was checking in I stood there for 5 minutes while staffs were busy with jokes in their own language.

Now the best part, after such a terrible experience I was silent but when I came back at night tired and I saw my room was not cleaned I said enough, I went to the reception and there was no staff in the desk but 4/5 people were waiting after few minutes His Grace (Mr. Majid) came and when I complained he was very rudely saying something in Arabic I asked him to speak English, he pointed finger at me and said "NO ENGLISH, NO ENGLISH", another guest was kind enough to translate that "the hotel is very crowded, so we didn't do house keeping". He was speaking so rudely that I had to escape a possible physical fight.

I had the worst experience, please stay away from hotel and be safe. Management should learn that just being in a great location doesn't make a great hotel, else people would have stayed in their cars.

No housekeeping. Avoid the hotel to stay safe!

This hotel either has long term contract or owned by our Travel Agency in Malaysia (not sure which one). So most of our Umrah group will stay here during our period in Medina. Room was Quad-sharing basis. Very narrow space in between the beds, and almost no space for our luggages. The facilities in the room is old and dated, but had view of Masjid Nabawi from my room. There are 6 lifts, usually packed during meal time (i.e. after prayer time). Most of the time I took stairs to go down from my room. 
Food was OK, and cater to our South East Asian taste. 
Nothing much to shout about this hotel, except for its location (very near to Gate No 15 of Masjid Nabawi). Can get good bargains from the few shops at Ground Floor.

Only good for its location & food

People who love to visit Medina in Ramadan and peak time. this hotel is for them.

A nice hotel which not only manages the budget but also provide a 3.5* feeling with an excellent location. This is just 180 meters from Gate-15 of the Grand Mosque.

value for Money, this hotel ranges from SAR. 150-350

Moderate Hotel with excellent location

Good location near movenpick hotel. Very basic and have a lot of lift problems during prayer times. Been Madina many times and would not go back to this hotel unless it was really cheap. Had room only so cannot comment on the food. Do look at other options if possible.
