October 18-23 stay, room 9010 Our stay was perfect from check in till check out. Special thanks to Mr Muhammad Barri in front desk during our check-in;our room was upgraded.The hotel location is in the north of Almasjid Alnabawi , it is perfect approximately 5 minutes walk. We would like to thank Mr Barakat from room service and Mr Muhammad, Mr Tarmeem and all housekeepers in 9th floor Our thanks also to Mr Bilal and Mr Shafeeq from engineering department for fixing the AC emediatly. Thanks to all in the hotel for their attention & polite attitudes.
