I stayed at Zaha Taiba Hotel during my visit to Madinah, and it was a very comfortable and peaceful experience. The hotel is located about 20 minutes’ walk from Masjid al-Nabawi, but they conveniently offer a free shuttle service to and from the Haram, which makes getting there much easier, especially during prayer times.The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything you need — air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, and a kettle. Housekeeping was efficient, and the staff were very kind, respectful, and always willing to help.The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights — a nice variety of fresh and tasty options, both local and international. It was a great way to start the day before heading out.The check-in process was smooth, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and pharmacies nearby. The hotel atmosphere felt calm and family-friendly, ideal for pilgrims seeking comfort at a reasonable price.Overall, Zaha Taiba Hotel offers great value, good service, and a relaxing stay in the blessed city of Madinah.

This is second time we stayed here everything was very good from staff to overall cleaning of hotel and was very happy to get shuttle bus facilities amazing driver very safe and prompt always welcoming and got us to haram on time and on time to get us to hotel again. Breakfast was very nice too. Will return again

Amazing hotel in Madina . Highly recommend 15 min walk to haram . They have a shuttle service as well . Nice clean rooms and comfortable bed.

10 mins walk to the blessed masjid e nabavi clean hotel good service room keeping daily, restaurant's & shops walking distance stayed for 13 nites enjoyed our time would stay here again

I recently stayed at Zaha Taiba Hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable stay. It’s about a 15-minute walk from Masjid Nabawi, which is manageable and convenient.However, my experience was soured by the man at the small café near the check-in area on the first floor. He was quite rude, which left a negative impression. Good customer service is essential, and because of this, I would think twice before staying here again.Overall, the hotel itself is nice, but the staff’s attitude—especially in customer-facing roles—needs improvement.

The hotel is approximately 1500 meters from Masjid Nabawi, which we felt was just within walking distance. It's also an experience to walk from the hotel with thousands of people along King Fahed Road to Masjid Nabawi. There is also a free shuttle bus from the hotel, although it runs at somewhat irregular times. The hotel feels more like a four-star hotel compared to Western standards, but better than expected. The hotel is located in a worn-down area at the corner, which is at the end of a street filled with souvenir shops and street food stalls mainly run by Pakistanis and Afghans. They have some of the same items you can find in the shops around Masjid Nabawi, but much cheaper.

Better than expected

The property was lovely the only down side a lot of work going around the area so the taxis get lost time to time. Also my room wasn’t cleaned after my stay at first night I had to go to reception for toilet paper and waters. They did get the two items straight away. Reception staff nice! I would definitely stay here again

the hotel is a fine nice clean placesecure,10min from haram great!!!only it is on the border of a old area that is full of flats some creepy hotels and streets not so tidy!!! in front of hotel they are building on a huge piece of land so 24/7 noise trucks drills etc etc this will end for sure maybe year after? overall had a super nice stay .......breakfast must get a upgrade in assortiment not same everyday, a hotel can not serve instant coffee in this market if you want a piece of the pie from big guys like hilton,mariot,intercont,sofitel,movenpick etc etc you must show it your clients only the best not less quality.thank u

Hotel Is Bit far from Haram there is loads of Construction going near hotel its Very Noisy in the Morning we changed Room after 1 night other side was less noisy it rained day before our arrival the Streets were flooded as area is under construction.The hotel Bus service is one way only just before prayer time on way back you will walk or Taxi ride The Receptionist was very Rude on Check out we wanted to checkout 11PM as we had time till 11AM next morning he said be quick and wait in lobby u cant stay in even for 30 mins very Rude

This is my first stay in this hotel clean room comfort beds I will recommend to friends. one thing I did not like they put Arabic coffee with dates in the lobby as welcome drink the negative I did not like the date is the worst type very hard to eat even for the animals Al-Madina is famous of the dates request to provide one of the best types.
