In accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Tourism, from April 29, 2025, entry to and stay in Mecca are prohibited for individuals who do not have an official entry permit (Hajj Visa) issued for the Hajj season 1446H. Tourist visa holders and those with other types of visas will be strictly prohibited from entering Makkah during the Hajj season. Front desk is open 24/7. During Ramadan, check-in begins at 06:00 PM. The rest of the time is at 04:00 PM.
Children policy
Children aged 6 years and below (up to 2 children) stay free of charge, and a baby crib will be provided upon request.
Children aged 7 to 12 years are considered half adults and will incur a 50% charge for an extra bed and meals.
Children over 12 years are considered adults and will be charged 100% for an extra bed and meals. |
