Oasis Park

One of the best apartments I’ve lived in excellent conditions. Staff was friendly and very very cooperative. The breakfast wasn’t the best

Great option in Kigali, particularly if you have an event at the convention centre, which is an easy 15-minute walk, with just one short steep stretch as you leave the hotel.Other pro's:- Newish building, modern design- Friendly, helpful front desk staff- Spacious room, decent kitchen area- Comfortable bed- Fitness room (though a bit small/crowded)- Breakfast buffet (not a huge selection, but good quality)- Good WiFiCons:- The shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom, except by a curtain, so water ends up all over the floor. This seems like a common design in the region, but I found it really irritating.

I didn't get the type of room l requested for onebedroom with 2guess , I was relocated to twobedroom . Anyway,  all is well but l let them know what my booking was ahead of time . I even stay five days more. I like the place very much and nice and also clean,  quite too

Hot water was available all the time. The staff are always smiling and willing to help. Very clean. I think they should make available air-conditioning though to spice up living there.

The hotel was clean, quiet and with friendly staff that gave you all the help you needed. The restaurant had excellent food and the staff was fantastic both morning and evening. The room was large and well equipped. The location is convenient with all you need within walking distance. We were very happy with the place and can recommend it for anyone.

The hotel and the room was very clean! The people at the front desk was really nice to us. The restaurant at the hotel was delicious and the servers were exceptional. The only issue I had was we didnt have a shower curtain or small bath towels. It took the 3 days to give me a shower curtain. I just brought small wash towels. There are no air conditioners but it was so comfortable in the rooms that we didn't need it. We had a fan and that was fine for us. Overall we were happy with the hotel experience and will stay there again

Great Hotel

We came for business and vacation . We had some spiders and mosquitoes in the garden room . The rooms are great if you have children or need two bedrooms and a kitchen . If the bugs weren’t there 5/5 . Maybe spray before guests come and clean floors better a bit dusty  . They recognized our Expedia gold / vip after mentioning . Staff was nice had a few hiccups but everything was resolved .

An amazing experience with top-notch customer service. Check-in was a breeze and was greeted with a smile. The beautiful property is very comfortable. They kindly offered me a generous late check-out since I had a late-night flight. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff worked hard to serve it with a smile. Oasis Park is now my go-to spot in Kigali. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, and it's very walkable if you want to stay active. The Kigali Heights and the Convention Center are nearby, and it's easy to reach anywhere from here due to the availability of various transportation options.

I love that there’s a restaurant, but prices are really too high, 10000 for a glass of wine for instance. There are people like me who come to Africa because of the culture and learning, not because we are rich. I hope Oasis Park can make a difference in this area, be affordable and empathetic towards tourists.

Good location, near Simba supermarket, close to few restaurants. Very friendly staff , nice swimming pool on the rooftop , room big enough with kitchen .Staff allowed late check out for free because we have late afternoon flight .One thing didn’t like was breakfast, not many options and long waiting time . For coffe needed pay extra . Apart from that excellent property. Would stay again if back to Kigali

This was my first time traveling outside of the country but once I arrived, the hospitality and kindness of everyone there was above and beyond. I truly appreciated all the management and staff there for their dedication and courtesy towards me for my one month stay and when I return, this is where I will call home because that’s exactly what it was for the duration of my stay. A special shout out to Freedom, Christian, Jesse,Aliane, Momma rose, and all the kitchen staff. IMANA NI NZIZA!
