After reading all the reviews available we were in doubts regarding this booking. However, due to the lack of properties available we have taken the decision to stay there and it turned out to be very nice. The property is located in the pine forest, thus, the air is extremely fresh. The river is near, though there is no proper beach, though that’s not a problem - there is a heated swimming pool. The pool is clean and that’s pleasant to have a swim there. The location is neat and it is good for walking, making bbq, playing with kids. Tennis, playgrounds and spa facilities are available. The rooms are rather spacious and clean, though maybe some maintenance would be useful, but still nothing gets on nerves. Food in the restaurant is tasty and delicious and is rather cheap (~ USD 7 for a big pig steak). Breakfast can be bought during the check-in. The food is simple, but tasty and you will not stay hungry. The main tourist attraction of the region, i.e. Kudykina gora, is in about 20 minutes by car. All in all, that’s a nice place to take a break from a city life and to relax properly.
