Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Individual check-in and check-out arrangements are possible by prior agreement at the time of booking confirmation.
Airport transfer can be arranged upon request.
Smoking, pets, parties, violation of quiet hours, visits from guests not listed in the booking, and the use of fireworks or candles are strictly prohibited in the apartment. A penalty equal to the deposit will be charged for any violation of these rules.
The entrance to the apartment is monitored by video surveillance. If guests not listed in the booking are found in the apartment, an additional payment for each extra guest will be required.
If only 2 guests are staying, 1 set of bed linen for the double bed is provided. An extra set is available for an additional fee.
If, upon check-out, the apartment is left in a condition requiring a deep cleaning, the cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
Guests are fully responsible for everything that occurs in the apartment during their stay. In case of violation of house rules, the security deposit will not be refunded, and early eviction is possible without refund of the deposit and the paid accommodation, as well as mandatory compensation for any material damages.
The security deposit will be returned on the day of departure between 12:00 PM and 03:00 PM after cleaning, via bank transfer, provided that house rules were not violated and no damage to the property occurred.
In the event of early departure initiated by the guest, only the security deposit will be refunded. |
