Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. It can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.
The price is for house booking only. The sauna and the bath tub are paid separately. For a one-time use of the sauna and hot tub, the price will increase by RUB 20000.00. This amount includes:
— Sauna rental for 4 hours: RUB 8000.00
— Hot tub rental for 4 hours: RUB 6000.00
— Heating: RUB 2000.00
— Firewood: RUB 2500.00
— Provision of a bath broom, hat, and sheets: RUB 1500.00
It is prohibited in the cottage: being in the house in street shoes, staying in the house of guests over the reserved number, holding noisy parties, smoking cigarettes, vapes, hookahs and similar devices in the house, using pyrotechnics in the house, on the street and on the territory of the village, as well as using candles in the house and on the terrace.
It is strictly forbidden to use firewood in excess of the agreed amount: a fine of RUB 5000.00 is provided.
Red wine is recommended to be consumed carefully.
A contract is signed upon check-in.
Video surveillance is conducted on the territory of the site.
A deposit is provided. The deposit is refunded within a day after the eviction, provided that the house is not damaged in the form of pollution or damage to property. If there are strong visible impurities, guests additionally pay for cleaning in the amount of RUB 3000.00, RUB 1500.00 is deducted from the deposit for dirty dishes left, RUB 500.00 for garbage left.
Accommodation with pets is possible only by agreement. The amount of the surcharge for accommodation with a small dog will be RUB 2500.000. Accommodation with cats or cats is not provided.
