Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast from 07:30 AM to 11:00 AM on weekdays, from 07:30 AM to 12:00 PM on weekends and holidays.
Dinners are set menus. Dinner is served from 05:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Welton SPA is a chamber SPA complex with a Finnish sauna, a swimming pool and comfortable shower rooms. Pool dimensions: length — 9.1 m; width — 3.3 m; depth — 1.4 m. Water temperature: 27-29 degrees.
A visit to the SPA is included in the stay from 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM on weekdays and from 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM on weekends and holidays. After that, a visit to the SPA is possible for an additional fee.
A visit to the gym is included in the stay from 07:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.
The hotel provides ground parking for RUB 1800.00 per day. Parking cannot be booked in advance.
Accommodation with pets is possible subject to the following conditions:
- the weight of the animal does not exceed 5 kg;
- an international veterinary passport for the animal and a vaccination certificate must be presented upon check-in;
- no more than 1 animal is allowed in one room;
- moving a pet in public areas of the hotel is only possible in an appropriate carrier.
Bowls, a bed and disposable diapers can be provided for the pet if necessary.

Had a very good stay at Welton Club Hotel. We had a 5-day stay, from check-in to check-out our experience was very good, the staff was helpful, our credit card didnt work on first night and they allow us to stay first night and to pay second day after changing money. We stayed in suite apartment, it is very spacious inside, the housekeeping was effective and room was very warm also, even we had to open windows in evening.

Really admired the stay. Good location not far from the center.
Big and clean comfortable bed, evrt you need in the bathroom (shower gel/shampoo/toothbrush). Great service and guidance from the receptionist. Middle sized swimming pool for the guests and sauna to relax after business conference.

Couldn't open the curtains though as the windows were in front of the office building, there were a few smokers in the backyard of the opposite building
