Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. As part of the Nevsky Prospekt renovation program, the facade will be renovated in the courtyard of our hotel from 17.11.2025 to 1.12.2026. The works are carried out by the Capital Repair Fund and the Committee for the Protection of Monuments.
The hotel has a boiler water supply system: after 20-30 minutes of use, the water may become cooler.
Guests are required to contact the property immediately after making a reservation to clarify questions regarding meals and prepayment. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.
