Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. A buffet breakfast is served in the Palm Restaurant in the main building.
Access to the pool is not included in the room rate. The cost of a one-time visit to the pool at FitnessHousePrestige (ValoRamada building) is RUB 1400.00 per guest. Access to the club is only available for guests over the age of 14.

Pets weighing up to 5 kg are allowed upon prior request and at an additional cost. Cost of accommodation with a pet: RUB 1000.00 per day, but not more than RUB 7000.00 for the entire period of stay.
Cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels is carried out once every three days — on the third day of stay. Daily cleaning is provided upon request. Garbage removal and replenishment of cosmetics and drinking water are carried out daily.
