Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. Breakfast can be ordered through the reception by phone no later than 07:00 PM on the day preceding check-in. The contact number is indicated on the booking confirmation. Meals are provided in the lunch box.
Pets weighing up to 10 kg can be accommodated. This service is paid separately. The cost of accommodating pets weighing up to 5 kg is RUB 500.00 per day, pets from 5 to 10 kg is RUB 1000.00 per day.
A deposit is charged upon arrival with pets, which is refundable provided that nothing is damaged in the room.
Guaranteed early check-in is possible at the hotel, the cost is 100% of the payment for the previous day. The non-guaranteed early check-in service is provided free of charge from 08:00, subject to availability of rooms.
Late check-out before 16:00 is charged at the rate of 50% of the cost of a night's stay. Late check-out after 16:00 is charged at the rate of 100% of the cost of a night's stay.
Business travelers are provided with accounting documents.
Check-in at the hotel is carried out before 00:00, after the specified time, check-in is only possible with an advance payment of the first night.

The room was good in a location convenient to the city centre. When we checked-in, it was clean and fresh so liked it. Lights and spaces for luggage was also good. Stayed for 3 days so it was good for travel as metro is 10-15 min walking.
They did provide bowls to eat..Free water is available at the property to fill.
