Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. The selected bed type is not guaranteed and is determined on the day of arrival.
The accomodation of citizens of the Russian Federation is carried out only with an internal passport, settlement with a foreign passport or driver's license is not possible.
For the accomodation of foreign citizens, it will be necessary to provide a passport, a visa, if it is necessary for staying on the territory of the Russian Federation, and a migration card. Foreign guests are charged a registration fee of RUB 300.00.
For children, a birth certificate must be presented, an entry in the passport is not enough, check-in without a birth certificate is impossible according to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
One child under 12 years of age stays free of charge when sharing a parent/guardian's room with no extra bed. Breakfast for a child in this case is paid additionally at the rate established on the date of stay. There is a 50% discount for breakfast for a child.
The cost of an extra bed is RUB 1500.00. Breakfast for the third guest is charged extra.
Breakfast prices:
- RUB 1200.00 for adults and RUB 600.00 for children 6-12 years old — January to May;
- RUB 1250.00 for adults and RUB 625.00 for children 6-12 years old — June to December.
Lunch prices (buffet):
- RUB 1400.00 for adults and RUB 700.00 for children 6-12 years old — January to May;

Dinner prices (buffet):

A baby cot for children under two years old is provided free of charge. It is necessary to notify the hotel in advance if baby cots are required, as their number is limited.
For guests traveling by private car, the hotel has parking (free, unguarded).
The use of the swimming pool, beach, bathhouse and sauna is not included in the price of accommodation, these services are paid additionally.
Please note that in order to guarantee a visit to the SPA complex, you must book a time. Two hours of visiting are included in the price when booking a Suite room. The SPA complex has a limit on the number of people who can be in it at the same time, so we ask you to book a visit in advance.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, check-out time is 12:00 PM (midday). Also, in case of early check-in or late check-out, please check with the reception desk for the possibility of early check-in / late check-out in advance. If there are no rooms ready for occupancy, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room until your room is ready.
For early check-in, breakfast on the day of arrival is not included in the early check-in price and is available for an additional fee.

The room was very clean, comfortable bed, coffee machine in the room.
