We had a lost luggage at the airport and need to follow up. The receptionist, Elizabeth, is too kind to contact the airport about the whereabouts of our luggage. Also, the lady during our checkin was also too patient enough to accomodate us and translate everything in her phone so we will feel welcome in their hotel. Will book again if I return in St Petersburg. Thank you!

The room was spacious and clean. They have a pantry station where you can refill water bottles and make tea or coffee, which is pretty convenient! The property is walking distance from St Isaac cathedral and there are many excellent cafes and restaurants surrounding it. The receptionist was very helpful, giving us all the necessary instructions on checkin. She even helped us with the cab booking back to the airport. Highly recommended!
