Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license.

Russian citizens must have an original valid Russian passport upon check-in.

For stays longer than 7 days, a weekly mandatory intermediate cleaning with change of bed linen and towels is provided, which is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 1000.00 for each cleaning. Payment for the final, as well as intermediate cleanings, is made by depositing funds along with a security deposit on the day of check-in.

For check-ins for one or two days, the final cleaning and security deposit are paid before the check-in instructions are sent to guests. The security deposit is returned before 12:00 AM if there are no claims regarding the rented property and proper compliance with the rules of residence.

The apartment is not rented for noisy events and parties. Smoking is strictly prohibited.

The possibility of staying with small dogs is agreed upon in advance on an individual basis and for an additional fee.

If signs of staying with animals are detected without prior approval and payment, a fine of RUB 3000.00 is imposed. To arrange check-in, guests must contact the administration in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Calls are accepted from 10:00 AM to 09:00 PM. A baby cot with bed linen and a bath towel is available upon request for an additional fee of RUB 1500.00 per stay.
