Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport. Front desk is open 24/7. Transformer beds are available in some room categories: the double bed is connected by single beds with a topper.
The cost of a one-time visit to the swimming pool at FitnessHousePrestige (ValoRamada building) is RUB 1200.00 per guest. Visits are available only to guests over 14 years old.
Pets are not allowed in the Valo Mercure building. Accommodation with a pet up to 5 kg is possible in the buildings of Valo Hotel City, Valo Network (only with dogs) or Valo Ramada upon prior request and for an additional fee of RUB 1000.00 per night (but not more than RUB 7000.00 per stay).
For children up to 3 years old, the breakfast buffet is provided free of charge. A buffet breakfast is served in the VALO Mercure restaurant.
The stay includes access to the Spa The Elements thermal zone (2 saunas, a chill-out area with sun loungers, the possibility of making healthy tea, a gym). Only guests over 16 years old are allowed to visit the thermal zone on their own. Guests under 16 years old are allowed to visit the thermal zone, but only if accompanied by a parent or other legal representative.

Little bit away from the central location but well connected through tram, buses and metro. Metro, bus and tram station are very very close. It is opposite a mall which has food court. The whole area is clean. There are few other apart-hotels and Ramada inn. If you can get it a price of $75, it is worth every penny.
Staff was professional and well trained, especially George at the reception. His English was good and he was helpful, courteous
