Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport.

Before check-in a day in, guests must contact the apartments staff by phone to receive check-in instructions.

After booking, guests are kindly requested to contact the property in advance to receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

There is no reception desk, so the check-in time must be arranged in advance.

An additional fee is charged for late check-in, which is calculated based on the time of arrival.

Parking in the city center is paid. The cost of parking on ulitsa Chekhova is RUB 280.00 per hour, and it is free from 08:00 PM to 08:00 AM. There is a secure parking lot on ulitsa Artileryskaya, 1, which costs RUB 1000.00 per day. Prices are valid until January 1, 2026.

A deposit is required upon check-in and is returned after check-out, following inspection and cleaning of the apartments, provided that the house rules are observed and property is preserved.

House rules:

No noise is allowed from 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM. Parties and events are prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in a penalty equivalent to the full deposit amount.

Smoking of all types of cigarettes, hookahs, etc., is prohibited in all areas, including the entrance and courtyard. Smoking is allowed only outdoors. Violating this rule will result in a penalty equal to the full deposit amount.

Bringing unauthorized persons into the apartments and handing over keys to them without prior agreement with the administration is prohibited. The cost for accommodating an additional guest, including staying in the apartments after 10:00 PM, is RUB 1000.00 per night. Accommodation of additional guests must be agreed upon with the administrator in advance.

It is prohibited to open the door to strangers, to conflict with neighbors, and to make noise in the entrance hall.

Check-in for persons under 18 is only possible in the presence of parents or guardians.

Upon departure, guests are asked to leave dishes and appliances clean and to take out the trash. The representatives of the apartments are available to provide these services for an additional fee. Dishwashing — RUB 500.00, trash removal — RUB 200.00.

Stains on textiles and furniture, breakages, and any other damages to the property and premises are covered by the deposit left by the guest, equal to the amount of the damage caused, which is calculated individually by the administration.

Laundry service for linens is available at an additional cost.
