Access to the swimming pool, saunas and gym at Fitness House Prestige (Valo Ramada building) is not included in the price. The cost of a single visit is RUB 1200.00 per guest. Admission is only available for guests over 14 years old.

Cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels is carried out once every three days — on the third day of a stay. Daily cleaning is available upon request. Rubbish removal and replenishment of toiletries and drinking water is carried out daily.

Pets are not allowed in the Valo Business and Valo Soul buildings. Accommodation with a pet up to 5 kg is possible in the buildings of Valo Hotel City, Valo Network only with dogs or Valo Ramada upon prior request and for an additional fee of RUB 1000.00 per night, but not more than RUB 7000.00 per stay.
