Spacious and clean room/bathroom. Water pressure is good. Very near to metro and attraction places as well. I mostly walk to the main attractions. Stayed for 5 days and they clean and refill toiletries everyday. Changed sheet and towel once. Overall is good. Host is very helpful. Worth the money and will return again.
What was bad
I arrived almost midnight. Would be helpful if the host can share how to find the building earlier. My taxi follow the address and

At first, we were struggling with finding a hotel and when we found it the front door was closed so we have to call them and since the one who picked up my phone didn’t speak English so there was a problem, however for other service, room, and the friendly receptionists they are very reliable, helpful and have a service mind
Overall, we had a very good time here and we’ll come back again next chance when we visit Saint Petersburg next year

The location is very good. near the metro stations and there is a market just opposite of the flat and coffees, bakery very close as well. The bed is comfortable and the room was very clean. If we come again we choose to stay here again.We stayed 4 days and we were very pleased.
What was bad
We stayed 4 days. During the 4 days nobody changed the towels and no cleaning the floor. At least 2 days later the towels could be changed. The other disadvantage of this

The location of the hotel is very accessible to all areas especially metro stations. The room I booked was very clean and tidy. The breakfast is awesome and there are lots of foods to choose from. The staff are great and very aware of what you might need. I enjoyed my stay over there. They even assisted me.in arranging transportation to the airport. Very highly recommended.
