I stayed at the Hotel Dobraya Mama for three nights. It is a hotel mostly for russian tourists and the staff speaks very limited english. But they are explaining everything with patience until everything is clear. Or they call someone with their phone, who speaks english (as I asked, with which bus I can go to Central Sochi and where I have to get off). Room was with no frills, but clean and comfortable with AC, TV (russian chanels only), refrigerator, bathroom and balcony. I had two seperated beds and they asked, if they should put them together - I said yes and they immidiately did it for me. They also did OVIR-Registration at no extra cost and I did not need to ask for that. The Hotel is close to the beach and there are many restaurants and Canteens around. A supermarket is 100 meters away. Breakfast is at the Hotel David, which is approx.300 meter away from Hotel Dobraya Mama. Breakfast is russian style (for example rice pudding or Kasha) and nothing to write home about. I was very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Dobraya Mama.

A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price - hotel «Dobraya Mama Hotel» is located in Sochi. This hotel is located in 25 km from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel — VinoGrad (Mandarin) Beach, Lego (Mzymta) Beach and Chayka Beach.
