Front desk is open 24/7. Children under the age of 14 traveling with their parents must have a birth certificate or a notarized power of attorney for an accompanying person if the child is traveling without parents. Children over the age of 14 who travel without legal representatives must have an identity document and the notarized consent of their legal representatives, one of them.
Foreign citizens must have a passport, a valid migration card, a valid visa.
During the 2026 ski season, guests of the facility are provided with a shuttle service to the Rosa Khutor resort once a day, daily.
The standard rooms are located in standard buildings, while the rest of the room categories are located in the main building.
Pets are only allowed in Standard rooms without a balcony. Guests may stay with dogs except fighting breeds, as well as cats, rodents, and birds, provided the animal weighs no more than 10 kg.
From March 16, 2026 to April 05, 2026 inclusive, the Wellness Club BR aquathermal complex will be closed. At the same time, the fitness room, hairdressers and massage rooms will continue to operate as usual.
From May 18, 2026 to May 31, 2026 inclusive and from November 09, 2026 to December 06, 2026 inclusive, the Breeze pool complex will not operate.
The Wellness Club BR aquathermal complex will be closed from December 07, 2026 to December 20, 2026 inclusive. The fitness room, hairdressers and massage rooms will be available to the public as usual. |
