We were there for the World Cup and the location was excellent. Only a 6 minute walk to the stadium. It was also a 6 minute walk to the Black Sea so very accessible. There was a mini mart and some restaurants close by so not a problem to get food and drinks. It is also close to the bus stop so you can get transport easily to Sochi city centre. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with our own toilet and bath and use of a common kitchen. The place was clean and welcoming with great views. It was very comfortable. Our hosts were very pleasant and for RUB 1,000 they took us to airport very early in the morning which was very convenient. We would stay here again.
