The house can accommodate up to 4 people. For the comfort of guests, the house has an electric heater, a fan, an umbrella, a bag for going to the store. The house has a double bed and a sofa that folds out into a round double bed, a wardrobe, bed linen, towels. Tap water is drinkable. The kitchen with kitchen utensils, a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric stove, an electric kettle, a water heater, dishes, tea, salt, and vegetable oil is available for guests. The bathroom in the house has soap and slippers.

There is a recreation area, a barbecue and skewers outside. A playground is available nearby.
