On the ground floor of the guest house there are: a kitchen-dining room with a sofa and a dining area, a eurosauna, on the second floor there are three isolated bedrooms with king-size beds.

The house can accommodate up to 8 adults + up to 3 children under 6 years old (check-in free of charge). Children over 6 years old are paid as adults.

Events and noisy parties are prohibited. Noise on the site is prohibited throughout the entire period of residence. Listening to music is allowed only in the house.

Pets are strictly prohibited.

The maximum number of guests is strictly up to 8 people.

Guests are not allowed to invite people other than the persons specified at the time of booking.

To move in, you need a passport and to sign a contract. Business clients are provided with the necessary documents for reporting.

Children under 6 years old are accommodated without payment. When checking in with children over 6 years old, an additional fee of RUB 1500.00 is charged. Check-in for children over 10 years old is paid as a check-in for adults.

The house offers permanent and seasonal additional services, which are paid by the guests upon arrival.

Permanent additional services:

1. The Eurosauna, warming up to 80-90 degrees, is sheathed with alder and Canadian cedar with a Harvia stove, on which water can be poured. Eurosauna has a large lamp made of Himalayan salt, aromachache and an aroma installation filled with Siberian herbs, eucalyptus and various grasses. The cost of the service for 4 hours of use (1.5 hours the sauna is heated) is 4000.00 RUB.

2. The barbecue area which has things necessary for cooking barbecue (barbecue for two zones in a pavilion, professional grilles for grilling, skewers, a bag of coal, firewood, a means for ignition). The cost of the service per day is 3000.00 RUB.

Seasonal additional services:

1. The dining area of the barbecue area is located in a pavilion next to the barbecue area. This service is provided from May 1 to September 20, only in conjunction with the barbecue area. The cost of the service: 2000.00 RUB per day. It operates from 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

2. Seasonal swimming pool (without heating). This service is available from June 1st to September 1st. The cost of the service: 2000.00 RUB per day. It operates from 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
