The staff and everyone else were very helpful and welcoming. As a foreigner, I felt very comfortable here. The atmosphere was very quiet and calm. The cleanliness and maintenance of the whole property was really attractive

They saved me from the freezing-15 degrees by allowing me to check in after they closed reception. They showed mercy and humanity. Best service ever. I am very grateful.

Location is not so easy to find as a tourist since gps in Moscow is problematic
