Conditions for visits of guests who do not live in apartments: no more than 3 people for one-room apartments; no more than 4 people for two-room apartments. Over a certain number of people — an additional fee of RUB 1500.00 per guest is charged. The time of stay is from 08:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Events are prohibited.
The deposit is returned on the day of check-out after cleaning.
Daily scheduled cleaning of rooms is carried out, without washing dishes.
The availability of parking spaces must be clarified with the administrator in advance.
Children under 5 years old are accommodated without a place with their parents and without meals.
In all room categories, meals are provided only to guests occupying the main beds. For one-room apartments, meals are provided for up to three guests; for two-room apartments, meals are provided for up to four guests.
