The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

For the New Year holidays from December 31 to January 9, the amount of the refundable security deposit is RUB 6000.00.

When booking at night, it is not possible to check in at the same night.

Contactless check-in is organized in the apartments. To receive check-in instructions, guests are required to contact the manager in advance via WhatsApp or by e-mail. Calls are not accepted. The manager is available until 11:00 PM. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to an additional charge of RUB 500.00 per hour, subject to availability. Prior arrangement is required.

Linen is provided only for the number of guests specified in the booking. There are 2 towels for each guest: bath towels and face towels.

A passport photograph of one of the guests must be sent before check-in and a refundable deposit must be paid. If all guests are under 18 years of age, accommodation is not possible.

Accommodation rules:

— Smoking of any kind is prohibited, including hookahs, vape and all other systems, including open windows.

— Maximum family occupancy is 2 adults + 2 children. Three or more adults only by prior arrangement.

— No more than the number of guests specified at the time of booking.

— Pets are not permitted.

— Parties and disturbance of the peace, especially at night, are not allowed.

Deducted from the deposit:

— 500.00 RUB for dirty dishes, left food, groceries;

— 300.00 RUB for rubbish left behind;

— Check-out after 12:00 PM for 15-30 minutes — 500.00 RUB;

— Cost of bed linen and towels with non-removable stains;

— Dry cleaning, odour removal, any repairs caused by the guest — at the contractor's price.

The refund of the deposit or part of it will be made after the said works have been carried out and the amount of damage to be compensated has been finalised.

Any breach of the accommodation rules stated in the description, including smoking, staying with more guests than stated, staying with pets, etc. will be charged at the contractors' rate.
