At the cottage

The cottage has 6 rooms, of which 4 are isolated bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen-dining room, three bathrooms with showers, a bathhouse with a relaxation room on the ground floor. The area of the cottage is 250 sq.m., the building consists of 3 floors and a basement.

The house has independent heating, heated floors. The use of the sauna throughout the entire stay is included in the price, firewood is provided free of charge. There is parking on site.

The cottage is equipped with such amenities as high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, iron, ironing board and clothes dryer, disposable slippers. In the bedrooms: orthopedic mattresses, satin bed linen, TVs, chests of drawers and wardrobes, coffee and bedside tables. In the living room: TV, audio system with karaoke, sofas and a table. In the bathrooms: hair dryer, washing machine, terry towels and bathrobes, hygiene and toiletries, sewing kit. In the kitchen: TV, set of dishes for serving and cooking, tea, coffee, sugar, household appliances, which include a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, household chemicals.

To visit the bath, firewood, bath hats, ladles, brooms, blankets, a set of oils are provided. In the dressing room there is a seating area with a table and a sofa. In the yard there is a swing, a barbecue area with a gazebo and everything you need for cooking.

The house is rented daily for families and companies up to 12 people. Suitable for short and long stays, events, corporate parties, parties, birthday celebrations, weddings, anniversaries, etc.
