Additional information
Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. Taxis, commercial vehicles, carsharing, bicycles, and motorized vehicles are prohibited from entering the parking area.
The buffet breakfast in the Heritage restaurant for children from 7 years old and adults for non-resident guests is RUB 3500.00 per person.
Rules for visiting the spa area:
— children are allowed to use the pool facilities at the age of 7 years and accompanied by an adult;
— access to the pool with children (family time) is possible from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM;
— guests can use the pool from the age of 14 years unaccompanied;
— fitness room opening hours: weekdays 07:00 AM — 12:00 AM, weekends and holidays 08:00 AM — 11:00 PM;
— Group training sessions are not included in the room rate;
— individual workouts for guests are available on a general basis by appointment at the reception of the fitness club;
— access to the gym is available for guests aged 14 and over.
The possibility of a photo shoot must be agreed with the hotel staff in advance.
Additional spa services are not included in the room rate.
Late check-out is possible for an additional fee and must be individually agreed with the hotel.
According to the hotel's rules, photography and videography are prohibited on site.

The staff at the reception desk on the 1st floor and the fitness desk on the 4th floor were very kind and professional.
Blonde Anna was very friendly and gave me a good first impression of the hotel when I checked in,

Location is good as it's located near to Dinamo metro station which is 9 min to the city center.
Rooms are so clean, and the hotel is new. The shape of the rooms is modern.
Fast in cleaning
From the begging of the hotel, you can see experts, polite and humble staff in the reception, also they knew English very well. I never purchased water while staying in Moscow, whenever I want, they will bring for me bottles of water free of charge.
