Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. The spa complex is accessible to children aged 7 to 15 until 07:00 PM and only when accompanied by an adult (over 18). One adult may accompany no more than two children and bears full responsibility for them, signing a corresponding document. After 07:00 PM, entry is permitted only to guests aged 16 and over.
