1. They asked to use everywhere in Hotel the shoes covers -- it was the first time in my life at any hotel!!
2. For 3 guests (me, my wife and my daugter 32 years old) they gave only 1 (one!!) entry key to our paid room!!
3. The toilet paper at the bathroom of the room was not prepared for us -- in the evening we were forced to use our tiolet paper that we bring from our home...
4. Durung "the included breakfast" you can have "free of charges"
