There is a capsule coffee machine with 5 coffee types. The house has two TVs (55 and 43 inches), a smart speaker, Wi-Fi is available.
Bed linen, towels, and bath amenities are provided. The hot tub, sauna and a game console are available for an additional fee.

Drying items on operating radiators is not allowed. Foreign objects and aggressive chemicals must not be flushed down the toilet. The house must be left in its original condition after the stay. Compensation will be sought for any property damage. Floors in the house are heated, and it is recommended to remove shoes at the entrance. Laundry is dried inside the house. Guests must treat property with care during their stay.
