Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. From 01.04.2025 to 30.04.2025, the outdoor heated pool will be closed for maintenance. From 12.05.25 to 31.08.25, the indoor heated pool in the spa center will also be closed for maintenance.
In case of check-in after 12:00 AM, guests should inform the hotel in advance. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.
Booking is canceled if guests do not call in before 04:00 AM.
The room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Charges apply to additional guests.
Meals provided for in the tariff are provided only for main seats. Meals do not apply to extra beds and places with parents.
