At the resort

There is a two-level spa center in the basement of the main building. The complex, with an area of 2500 sq. m, has two outdoor pools, one of which is heated and open all year round, a tennis court, a basketball court, a children's area and a walking area. The thermal zone of the spa center includes a Turkish hammam, Finnish and Greek saunas, Russian steam rooms and massage rooms. The indoor pool of the spa center is available to guests of the complex all year round.

The hotel has 2 restaurants: Sunsets for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a buffet format and a green terrace, the flagship family Italian restaurant Filini, a 24-hour lobby bar with signature cocktails, pool bars and a bar on the private sandy beach of the hotel.

On the beach, guests have access to sun loungers, a children's playground, and a bar. The hotel beach has been awarded the Blue Flag certificate, confirming compliance with all necessary safety measures. For a more secluded holiday, guests can book a personal cabana, which can accommodate up to 5 people and is suitable for a joint family vacation.

The hotel also provides conference spaces with a total area of 2000 sq. m with a separate entrance and parking for 100 cars. 5 meeting rooms and a multifunctional Ballroom with an area of 700 sq. m can be divided into 2 parts. It is also possible to organize outdoor events on the territory of the hotel.

The hotel has 501 rooms of various categories: standards, suites, junior suites and presidential suites with a terrace. There are also 6 separate villas: each with its own outdoor pool in the courtyard and a terrace on the third floor. The rooms offer views of the Black Sea, the Olympic Park and the Caucasus Mountains.
