If you are in a trip and seeking for a cool place to stay this is the one. 
The general atmosphere is a pleasant one, with clean air. All you can hear around you is nature. 
Rooms are clean with some nice design, large beds which will make you fall asleep very fast. 
Employees are polite and if willing to serve and help you as fast as possible. 

Great place, for one or more nights!
Nothing to complain about, we were a big group spending the new year there. Everything was carefully taken cared of, people there are very helpful, the food is great and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. I can recommend this place with no refrain.
The fact that it's at the beginning/end of the Transalpina road makes it also a good option for visiting this objective. Interesting places to see within 1 hour of driving: Turda salt mine, Turda Keys, the Hunyad Castle, Alba Iulia Fortess city, Sibiu or a couple of ski resorts.

Found this Hotel while travelling through Romania. Away amongst trees , thought we had taken wrong road but no a big hotel in a quiet area. I feel the hotel is understaffed but we got booked in . Room was fine ,stayed in a lot worse, room very clean as were the beds and ensuite. Went down for dinner , shown into a huge banquet room, fortunately a table of around 60 people had been served and service was excellent. We picked our own table which could have seated 10 people, all tables same size in that room. No sooner had we sat down a lady put a massive white table cloth on for us and got us some nice cool lager. Dinner was very good , cooked perfect along with some salad and fries, also loads of bread,, a wee bit dry  but thats Romania. Really good for hungry travelers.
Breakfast was in a smaller room , usual Romanian style mostly Continental style but asked for scrambled egg off the menu. What was brought was fried 2 eggs, overcooked on the bottom but raw on the top,, a bit of a let down. However plenty toast etc.
In all Hotel was very good . Yes a guy spent overnight patrolling around the Hotel with 2 dogs but they were no problem. Romanian security.

Cheap good stopover.

Very good hotel

Basic accommodation close to town. Staff disinterested and basically gave the impression we were an imposition. (Granted we did arrive approx 10pm) This accommodation was organised for us by ‘The Natural Accommodation’  as part of a private hiking tour. If you have a choice of accommodation look elsewhere.

The first odd thing was that we had to pay in advance, I never heard something like this. Room was dirty, lots of dead insects on the carpet... Dinner was awful, meat was swimming in oil. We were told that the breakfast is unlimited... well, it was... unlimited dry bread with marmalade. We ordered omlett that was fair enough. Yoghurt was expired... 
I think that this place was a good one, about 5 years ago.... but since that there is maintenence on the building.
We payed a lot for this service... before that day we spent a night almost for the same amount of money in Ramnicu Valcea in a 4 star hotel where everything was superb.

Dirty room with "unlimited" breakfast

Angry dogs running after visitors in the hotel parking lot. Very rude receptionist. She invited us to find other place because she was to busy, even thou there were available rooms. We were very polite, but they treat us like garbage. I can't believe that somebody can do business like this. 

We've been told to go out even they had available rooms, just because the receptionist was to busy to receive new guests
