Good rooms with AC, breakfast fresh and tasty!
Best services and silent area.
I stay at Villa Verde 1 night but i was impressed.
With a small Terrance and friendly staff ( the owner is a very nice person )
Good prices for acomodation - 35-40€ and a nice atmosphere!

Best in Iasi for family 

I visited this place in April 2020.I had my worst experience with the accomodation in this place.First of all, it was a terrible smell in the room, really really cold, the bedding was broken, and after all when i asked them to issue the invoice they told me that legally they are not open and they can't issue the invoice.Since then i'm still trying to get my invoice for the acoomodation...

Worst experience

I have asked them on email for quotation and received same day the price of 510 RON for 3 nights in October 2017.  After one week when asked for a reservation number, the administrator asked 600 RON for the same room that she have confirmed the price of 510 RON. She tell us: This is the new price!!! Unbelievable and unacceptable!
