Pro: Very close to "3 papuci" beach(50m)
Apartments with 2 rooms, 1 bathroom, lcd and air conditioner.
Great price
Friendly staff
Con: Not suited for confort
Low price furniture, very thin walls
Far from restaurants
We enjoyed it, for a group of 8ppl that don't spend their time in the hotel is great.

I recently spent 4 days here. Complex Unirii, was great. Common areas were clean and neat. The room size was ok. The bathroom was clean and hot water was always available. The A/C worked great. The best part of Complex Unirii was the location. It was only 200m walk to the Black Sea. It was a great privilege to see the sun rise out of the Black Sea. I would stay here again.

Great Location

I entered the room and at first glance it was ok. After unpacking, I wanted to put some of the clothes in the dresser. When I opened it I felt like fainting; it smelled so awful I couldn't use it.
When I went to the bathroom I could see every steel-ish piece covered in rust and black spots - I don't really want to know for sure what that is. The shower curtain and the shower were disgusting, the toilet seat dirty.. I didn't asked for luxurious suite but it could have been at least clean. Being at the seaside, I really just needed a bed to rest and a clean bathroom for showers.
The shower drain was a disaster too, the tub fills so fast and the bathroom drain is so far from the shower so every shower I took ended by flooding the entire bath.
The bathroom door doesn't close or lock because the door frame doesn't have any holes..
Not even the room door frame didn't have the hole to be closed, but at least I could lock it.
On the hallway there were many lights missing and it was really dark, even in the day.
The pillow case was smaller than the pillow, didn't cover it entirely and the pillow was really dirty and smelled bad.
There isn't anything you can put anything to dry (swim suit, towels) which is a huge lack.
Even if this place is 10 minutes walk from "3 papuci" beach, I will never ever return here!

Staying here almost ruined my 4-day seaside stay.

It was one of the worst night of my life. I've never seen so many cockroaches in one single "clean" room.

I've booked for two nights. The had to move us to another room and for the next night I ask for a refund, because I was not going to spend another night there.

The personal there is nice, but not remarkable. 

And the building is very gloomy.

NEVER again!

The room was clean and the lady tried her best speaking to us in English but there was no hot water AT ALL! None to shower or anything. Also, the wifi is only at the reception area/tv room and doesn't reach the rooms which was really annoying.
