The Ocean Club At Seven Seas

Ocean Club is the best alternative in the east area. Luxury apartments, extra clean and beautiful. Not a hotel, but offers more than it. Some Owners have short rentals, but be careful, this is not a Hotel.

This is not a hotel or resort. It is someones condo being rented out. That being said the condo was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Location is great. Located right by Las Croabas and other restaurants. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had all the supplies needed. Secure gated complex with minimal people and noise. The pools were great and the beach is a quick walk away.
I traveled with my husband and 3 kids ages 14, 12, and 15 months and it was.perfect.
Downside: Way too many rules. The owner is obsessed with posting rules and charges all over the apartment. Bottom line, you feel like if you walk the wrong way he will charge you. Makes it difficult to feel at home. Towels were gross- hard as rocks (bring your own) and there was minimal hot water. Limited.AC usage, there is a fee- shocker! Although we opened up the windows and let in a breeze and it was fine. Its a walk up condo so you have to carry everything up flights of stairs, so plan accordingly.check in is at 3 no exceptions unless you want to pay a fee. Since its not a hotel or resort there is no concierge desk. Make sure you do all your research before hand and VERY IMPORTANT- make reservations for activities such as ziplining , biobay, snorkeling days in advance -they sell out.
There is wifi in the condo but service around the condo is terrible.
Tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts are available too.
Must eat at.Las Estacion, their mofongo and ribs.are to die for. Get there early as they fill up quick, especially if you want out door seating. Rent a car,.its a must in this location and driving is horrible add is crossing roads.
We did a biobay your through pure adventures, save your money. The kayaking was great but we saw very little. Go with another company, but they all use the same  and it was jam packed. Hubby and son zip lined in El Yunque and loved it.

Worth the money... Too many rules

Like a Resort Style

Too many rules, they closed the playground for children, the kid pool hasn't been cleaned for so long it is extremely slippery. After bringing the children's pool to management's attention they turned off my access card to enter the property. No children's toys in the pool. Two arrogant/rude office girls run around telling the very few guests they aren't allowed to do anything. Strong avoid, constant issues with the management team.

For your information this is not a Hotel this is a Private residential complex.  That is still under construction.  And homeowners are bother for this advertisement. This is not a time sharing complex and has nothing to do with hotels or timesharing programs.
