After a lot of research I decided to give this a try and have absolutely no regrets. The apartment was everything we expected and more. It was a great base for sight seeing with all areas very accessible and within walking distance. We had a hic up on the way & arrived 12 hours later than expected meaning the host had to wait to check us in. I messaged as soon as I knew we had a problem & we had very quick responses on multiple occasions which reduced our already increased stress levels. Nothing was too much trouble, they were happy to recommend places to visit and to eat. The HOHO bus tour stop is round the corner, there is approx 3 bakery's in close proximity and bars, cafes and restaurants near by. I would highly recommend 12 short term & plan to return.
